&lt;P&gt;I've read a abit in this forum and it seems like there are some problems with this function?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've tried to set my device password but I don't get an email with my credentials.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would it be possible that my mail is sent manually?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for a 30 day Premium triam yesterday and I am having the same exact issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am using a Sonos system and when clicking the link to set up the password I receive the message stating an email has been sent. I have never received one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I sent a question in to the help team this morning. Case # 00239765. I received a confirmation to that, so it is not an issue with the address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just an update.&amp;nbsp; I finally got a device password.&amp;nbsp; It took 3 days of slow-motion correspondence with Spotify tech support.&amp;nbsp; I never got the auto-generated email and on day 2 I asked for them to send me a password.&amp;nbsp; They sent me a link that allowed me to set the password without waiting for an email that never arrives.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So I appreciate the help from the Spotify team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem. Tried to reset my password and was told I would get an email back with a link to reset my password. I never got the email so I send an email to Spotify support. I quickly got an answer, that they were working on the problem. Today I got an email with a link to a custumor quick servey but there was no word about the problem I have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I look at the dates of the posts in this forum, I can see that this problem have been going on for a long time and I find it hard to understand why Spotiy hasn't fixed the problem yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/Dolmio&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;other times the dreaded window states logon, and every time I get real problems. Why? what should be such a simple task is a nightmare. I&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;never experiance any similar problems with any other app. Come on Spotyify get your act together and start being user friendly, or you may lose your friends!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
