Is there a phonenumber i can call for support?

I have made topics on the forum and i have filled in the contact form but still no anwser to my question and i need an awnser.

There is no customer phone number.

Can you link to those topics, so I can pass those to Customer service?

any idea how long it will take?

Because in the ticket i send in i explained it further.

I need the song to play at my mothers cremation. And i cant play it from my phone or my computer at that moment i need to burn it to a disc.

Sended it to area where mods can see this.

However in weekend there is less mods, so I think you get response before monday or at monday.

Connect to site with your username and password and go to this page https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/change-payment/

Here you can enable/change your payment method.

Let me know if this works.

Yes, if you have a premium account you can sync playlists for offline usage 😉

You do need to connect once every 30 days to verify your premium subscription though.

hi, i had a spotify premium account which was linked to my old face book that got shut down, now i cant log onto it to cancel my subscription and you guys keep taking money of me , how do i cancel my account when you guys don't recognise any of my emails or log ins any more, yous owe me money

You can get in touch with the customer services team without a Spotify account using the contact form here. If you receive an automated email reply directing you back to the community, just reply directly back to that email.

I want my card to quit getting billed for premium because I am not able to use it but money keep getting taken off my card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
