      <description>Hi &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My dad recently purchased spotty premium and had the app installed on the iPad, however when trying to access it, a message appears basically saying that in order to use it a premium account is required despite paying the 9.99 . Can you please help? We go on holiday today and he will be disappointed if he can't access any music &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks</description>

      <description>Hey!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Premium does appear to be up and running on your account. Try logging out and back in a couple of times, it should hopefully refresh onto your account.</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should be getting access to your Premium by logging in through Facebook. However, according to our database the Premium doesn't appear to have been accessed yet.... The email address you should be logging in with is a Hotmail account.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to be a pain bt this is still not working even though I have entered the hotmail address. Not sure what the issue is. Would it be &amp;nbsp;better to closeFacebook and just use the spotify account. My dad informs me that he has multiple Facebook log indetails so can we plase just use one.&lt;/P&gt;
