      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like the subscription was cancelled on your account, due to a lost/forgotten card. Is this not correct?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Your subscription looks fine to me, but make sure you're logging in with the 'miasmile' username only, rather than an email address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
