Invoice for yearly payment

Hi !

I have a one-year subscription for Spotify, paid for via PayPal. In PayPal I have a statement that the unlikely amount of € 119.88 has been paid for that, but I never received an invoice mentioning how much VAT is in that amount.

For my bookkeeping I do need that invoice, otherwise the VAT cannot be claimed. I live in the Netherlands.

Where can I find such an invoice? (checked it, it did NOT come by email)

Yes I did, received the invoice by mail.

You can access your receipts and VAT from your online overview just head to the subscriptions section.

Hi,

In Belgium the 'invoice' Spotify provides in the online account is not considered an invoice.

To be able to reclaim VAT, name, adress and VAT-registration number of the client is required as wel. Preferably sent with a PDF-file.

Who can I contact to get help me out with this?

I find the monthly receipts but not the VAT or anual invoice..

Could you help me?
