Spotify - Not Facebook.

Hello

I signed up to use Spotify a few years ago, with a username "hchau".

A month ago, I accidentally linked my Facebook account to my Spotify account, which appears to have caused problems with logging into my original Spotify account.

- I do NOT want to log into Spotify with my Facebook details.

- I do NOT wish to share what I do on Spotify with Facebook, or vice versa.

- I would like to log back into Spotify with my original username "hchau" and have my password reset, please, and have any of my decisions made with Spotify to be private and separate to Facebook or any other 3rd party.

I would really appreciate your help as I have loved using your product. However, if all of the above 3 requests cannot be met, please terminate my Spotify account and details with immediate effect.

I'd also like to add, a lot of people seem to have this issue and Spotify should provide an option where users DON'T end up getting fustrated with Spotify or have to write a letter in a forum to get your Customer Support's attention. Just a suggestion.

Have written to Spotify support 4 times, once on this forum and still no response to my personal email or resolution to my query.

Please support mye, Spotify Support.
