Remove Facebook, keep Spotify

Hi, I want to remove my Facebook and today I am using my Facebook to login to Spotify, how do I do so that I can use my old username, which isn't working anymore?

Hey Ebba, welcome to the Community.

I can see you have two accounts with us at the moment, one created via Facebook and the other originally through Spotify. You won't be able to disconnnect the FB one, but you can log into the original one just fine.

If you need a reminder of the username for this, it began with "carlo"

But I want Spotify Premium as I have today (and I pay 99 sek/month) but I want to remove my Facebook, can you remove the account I have today and help me get a new one so that I can keep Spotify when I remove Facebook? There have to be a solution for that...

It looks like the Premium subscription is on the Facebook-created account. So it's a bit tricky.

But if you fill out our contact form and explain the situation we'll be happy to get this all sorted.
