Hello there! i gott'a problem with my spotify i want to remove my payment, but i dont get any acsess to remove it? could you guys remove my credit-card from there, i really want to stop paying, for premium.

i've been tryied to go on help and give them and reason then remove it, it's only come up a "Error" Message? Help anyone or admin?

You should be able to cancel your subscription from here: www.spotify.com/account/subscription

If you're still having trouble, just drop an email through to our Customer Support team. They'll then help you out.

Since Telia is managing your Premium subscription and because we do not have access to their billing system, you need to contact them regarding that matter. They will be able to assist you.
