      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There must be a problem with my monthly payment method after using the free trial. Maybe it's my accounts balance. So I purchased a code but i am not able to redeem it &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is what my subscription page says:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You have got an active&lt;U&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;subscription.You subscription will automatically change to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Spotify Premium&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;on 2012-10-17 and you will be charged 9,99 € unless you cancel recurrent payments.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think there is an empty subscription active and there is a word missing in the underlined area.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I try to redeem my purchased code, the following message appears.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can not redeem this code, you have another product than this product would give you. To redeem this code, please either upgrade this account to the product type you want to switch to, and then redeem the code, or cancel your current subscription and try again after the subscription has ended.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Even upgrading doesn't work: Product is not avaiable ...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
