Hello, I have a premium subscription and currently login via my facebook profile. How do I login via a standard username against same subscription instead ? Thank you

Bad news here:

You need to make a new account. Users who signed up through Facebook are permanently connected to Facebook with no option for a separate login.

Thanks for the reply. How can I transfer my subscription, songs and preferences to the new profile/login ? Thanks

You can share your playlists from your old account to your new one. Or you can just choose all the songs in the playlist (ctrl-A) and then copy (ctrl-C) and paste (ctrl-V) them to a new playlist on your new account.
