    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. I seem to be getting nowhere with a compliant, over a month in and numerous emails. It feels like I'm talking to a wall. How do I get to talk to someone that can do something for me? As it stands I cancel my premium subscription in 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming you have been using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/uk/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to get in touch?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried directly replying to one of the automated email replys, they normally get sent to a staff member who can assist you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will also see if I can find someone to look into this for you!&lt;/P&gt;
