Spotify Account Problems

Hi. I am SUPER frustrated with Spotify right now. Here are my multitude of problems:

1. I cannot sign in using Facebook. I am currently logged into Facebook when I go to Facebook.com, but when I click the button on the site to log in, it says it is logging me in and nothing happens. Just to be able to post this problem, I had to create this account. How can I get in touch with Spotify support so that I can just log in to my other account using my email rather than Facebook since the Facebook method clearly doesn't work?

2. All of a sudden I started getting all of this Spotify spam about my friends adding songs to playlists. I would unsubscribe, but I can't because I can't access my account! Please unsubscribe my other account (I will provide Spotify staff the email address). Why can't you just make it an actual unsubscribe link?

3. Please close this account since I only used it to access the forum.

You can contact customer support using the online contact form. You will need to sign in to use the form, so make sure that you include your facebook account username and link to this topic in the message. If you recieve an automated reply, replying directly to that will send your message to a member of the team who will be able to assist you 😉
