    <description>&lt;P&gt;hello there i just tested a month spotify premium,now i wanna buy a new month of spotify premium and i like to pay with paypal where i have 60€ on it.when i try to buy a month it ask me to add a credit card on paypal.then i tryed to buy an ecard on spotify to give it to myself but i have to same problem.So if i'm right if someone like to buy a month spotify for someone they have to add a credit card just to give someone a gift i don't think you will have alot of costumers.Guys plz fix this if you have enought money on paypal why do you ask for a credit card and don't tell me to check your location or something because i bought one a month ago and it worked just fine with paypal even without adding a creditcard to it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you mentioned in your post, the reason Spotify requires a credit card when using PayPal is to verify the country that you live in. Is you PayPal account "verified"? There is more information&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/uk/help/faq/payment/why-is-my-subscription-payment-declined/" target="_self"&gt;in this FAQ.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have no idea why it worked the first time, that is a question for the payments team. I would suggest you drop them a message using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and they will be able to look into it further for you. If you recieve an automated email reply, just reply directly to that with your message again to ensure it gets sent to a member of the team &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
