&lt;P&gt;I contacted the team using the online contact form a few weeks ago, and then via Twitter, and then via this forum...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I got an email asking my user name/email... and haven't heard back in 4-5 days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I got an email confirming that they got my message... and haven't heard back in 4-5 days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was told I would hear back within 24 hours! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is very frustrating - I paid for a year of premium and can't use it all month!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is my new account that I created to try and solve this problem...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My old account was disabled without notice. I used to pay monthly for premium but just this month paid $119.88 for 12 months of premium. &amp;nbsp;Now my account is disabled and I don't know why. &amp;nbsp;Please help! &amp;nbsp;I feel like this money was stolen from me!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact the payments team directly using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to get this resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just remember to give them as much information as you can. They will also need to verify some details with you, which can't be done on a public forum.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you get an automated email reply, just reply directly to it so your query is pushed into the customer service queue.&lt;/P&gt;
