    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am quite surprised that even though I am a Spotify Premium user Spotify does not react to my message of Saturday. If I cannot change my e-mail address and pass word, I cannot log on to Spotify using my Spotify account (only Facebook) as a result of which I cannot hook up to my Sonos equipment. It is impossible to hook on to Sonos through my Facebook account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have received an automatic reply from Spotify (Case #: 00304250), but no news since then.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Very unsarisfactory.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've changed my email account, few months ago now. I've forgot my Spotify password. So, how do I change me password, the password reset page wants to send the new password to my old email address which I was deleted months ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here. All Wanadoo e-mail addresses have been changed into Online. I forgot my Spotify pass word. Without the pass word you can't change the e-mail address. The instructions for a new pass word are sent to my old e-mail address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can somebody help me out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
