&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it can take the staff a while to get through all the cases they get. However I would have thought after a week someone would have got back to you! Did you get an automated email reply when you submitted your query asking you to visit the community? If so, reply directly to that email (even though it says not to) and your message will be sent to a member of the team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should also double check your inbox including spam/junk folders in case a reply message got caught in one of those!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
