Facebook connect not successful

Once I downloaded the new version, my Connect to Facebook was lost. My friend list is empty. When I try to reconnect, I enter my Facebook credentials and submit, then the window loads to a blank screen and will not progress. I would really like to connect back to Facebook.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Have you tried simply logging out and into the client again? Sometimes that alone can fix small errors like this.

If its still not working, and you can access Facebook from your browser, I would suggest you perform a clean reinstallation of the client in case something went wrong during the update.
