topic API down? (10/31/2012) in Archived content

Neither SpotMySongs nor Ivy is accepting my text files to convert to spotify plalists today - they are returning 503 "Service Unavailable" errors from teh Spotify metadata API. Is this a temporary situation?

It would be nice if there were a way to take a Artist/Track text list and import it dirextly into the desktop app.
