      <description>&lt;P&gt;I clicked through the 60-day free trial link, created an account and entered my credit card info. But it appears that rather than getting a free trial first, I was charged for a premium account. How can I get this remedied?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They normally reply to all queries within 48 hours.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you double checked your spam/junk folders in case it got caught up in one of them?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I checked and there's no response in the Spam folder. The one e-mail I received on Thursday asked me to forward the e-mail from Netflix. I didn't have that and the link I went through that I forwarded to customer service of course now shows only a 30-day free trial instead of the 60-day. But any help you can get me would be very much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is most likely just taking the customer services team a little longer to deal with your case. I have however escalated this to the forum staff for you so someone can have a quick look make sure your reply didn't get lost or anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Personally I have never heard of a 60 day trial, only a 30 day one!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
