      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used the correct Facebook password, but it says there is an &lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;error 101&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;. It mentions firewall. The program worked at the first download, but is now "disfunctioning" How do I solve this problem? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'd definitely try a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/help/faq/tech/clean-reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstallation&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you haven't already.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you're still having trouble could you try logging in over a different connection, or with a different account over the same connection? That way we should be able to determine where the problem is.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
