Not receiving reset password email

Hi,

Ive tried several times to reset my password, all is well up to the point of the system saying that it has sent me a reset password link but I'm not receiving it. I have my junk mail turned off and have verified that my email is working (I have tried email and username methods). Please help!

Hi Colin - The email address you used to register isn't the same as the one linked to your Facebook. Are you checking the email address that starts spotify@***** ?

Yep, I have checked that account (I only just linked my facebook to try and solve this issue)

I recommend entering just your Spotify username (not your email) into the password reset link.

If you haven't received that link within 24 hours please get in touch via the contact form. We can certainly help from there.
