Subscription Gone

Just logged into my spotify account to find that everything is reset.

I no longer have the playlists I made and my settings with facebook has gone. I was also required to re-do the guide process at the start of owning spotify as well as now being spammed by your aweful ads.

Im mostly annoyed that my subscription has gone. Which I paid for on the 3rd of november.

I have billing information to prove this as well:
