Keep getting logged out

Hi,

Both my ipod and ipad decided to log me out of spotify the other day for some reason. I couldnt remember my passwork and so re-set it with no issues. When I now try to log in on my ipod, the username and password are correct as it signs me in for approx 1 second before signing back out automatically and coming up with ERROR:408

I havent tried my ipad yet

Any one else had this issue or know how to fix it?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would suggest you have a quick read at this FAQ.

Error 408 normally occurs when your current location and your location set in your Spotify profile do not match. This error normally only ever appears on free services as you are only allowed to use Spotify abroad for 14 days unless you have an unlimited/premium plan.

Do you have a subscription plan?
