Hi all..

I just had to re-open my Faceok (just to login here) since i created my Spotify account with one. Plus i've sent two emails to support. none of which have responded.

The issue is, i wish to close my Facebook account, but need it for this....

Is there any way i can login to Spotify with a Spotify account only ? or change to those details ? If not, then i wish to cancel my suscription, this way (if its the easyist), then i can re-create a new account, since i am unable to re-use the same email as this time.

If you registered your Spotify account using Facebook, then there is no way to unlink it from Facebook. You must keep your Facebook account active in order to use the Spotify service on that account.

You can create a new Spotify only account using your email address from the sign up page by clicking on the "Create an account using my email address" link near the bottom.

If you want to transfer your subscriptions, then you either need to cancel/resubscribe on the new account or contact the customer services team using the online contact form with both your account details and they should be able to move the subscription for you.
