Hi 🙂

I've only been using spotify free for a month and a half or so, but for a few days i haven't been able to listen to any music because i have '0 minutes left' but i thought that was only meant to happen after 6 weeks :s please help me!!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Spotify free is unlimited for the first 6 months (from the day your account was registered), after that you are subject to the listening time restrictions and in some areas also limits on the number of track plays. You can view the restrictions for your country by clicking here.

It is possible you created your account a while ago but just never used it, especially if you have registered using Facebook, as your account is automatically activated if you clicked a Spotify link inside Facebook.

If you want clarification of when your account was created, the customer services team will be able to tell you if you contact them using the online contact form.
