Payment Failure everytime

Hi having an issue trying to pay for the premium service with the 30 day free trial.

First I tried my PayPal account in Euro. Failed.

Second I tried my PayPal defaulting to my Visa card. Failed

Third I tried my Visa Card. Card Declined. (Balance is fine)

Last I converted my PayPal balance from Euro to US Dollars. Failed.

I mailed customer support but haven't heard anything back.

Any one help here?

What country is it set to in your Spotify profile? Your paypal/card must match this country or the payment will fail.

My country code is correct, however any charge less than a dollar WILL NOT GO THROUGH! How can you make it work???
