      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope you are well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recently subscribed to Spotify Unilimited last week which is the £5 a month subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However my bank account has been charged 3 times - do you know why this is and how I can get a refund of the extra money charged?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
