Spotify Premium doesn't stream

Hello,

Since this afternoon my spotify client on my macbook pro won't stream. First it said it was in offline mode, while I was clearly hooked up to the internet. And after re-installing it, it didn't work at all.

Now I'm at the point where, on this computer, all my playlists are empty, the search function only finds the 'local files' and I'm very mad.

On other (windows) computers and my android phone everything works fine.

I hope someone has a sollution

Hi, this could be because of some server issues.

Please try logging out then in of the client.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. I also tried rebooting the laptop but that didn't work either.

Hi,

I have the same issues - Spotify cannot play any music on any device (MacBook Air, iPad, 2 different iPhones).

I have a Spotify Premium account.

I tried logging off and in again... no difference. I cannot play any music.

Would greatly appreciate your help!

Hi there - Sorry to hear you're having some trouble streaming right now.

Could you plesae let me know exactly what error codes or message you're receiving?

Hi,

I did not receive any error messages... Spotify just does not connect and then mentions that "this is not possible in offline mode".

Right now it just started working again on one iPhone, iPad and Macbook Air. Waiting for the confirmation on the second iPhone still... will post here asap.

There isn't an error code. And by 'miracle' it's slowly starting to work like it used to. Only the searching doesn't work properly. It only shows the local files.

the same happens to me

the searching only finds local files and sometimes it says error in searching try again

please fix this problem I'm getting mad

Unfortunately I have the same problem. I re-installed Spotify on my mac. It says "There are no search results found in our catalogue".

Hi everyone - We had a couple server issues yesterday and today but everything should be back to normal now.

Please try signing out and signing back in. How's that working for you now?
