When i login to my account i am listet as a "free" user, but i have paid for a Premium account?

Who gets This error in order?
And how Can i get i touch whith Spotify?

Kaspar - Can you make sure you login with your 'nsjvinduespudsning' username and Spotify password, not your Facebook details.

I dont have my original username and password, thats why i used my facebook details.

Kaspar - I can't get you logged in here, as I'd need to take security details. If you contact customer support here, they'll confirm a few bits and send a new password through to you.

Hi i have sent a massage to customer support several days ago, but nowone answer.. I can't use ny payed premium.
I been in contact with this forum, so why cant you pass on The message. It is bad service that i have to contact so many web pages i wright to different kinds og people just becourse i lost my login info?

I would suggest you double check that you did not get a reply and it has got stuck in a spam/junk email folder.
