Spotify Twitter Account

I won 2 tickets from Spotify UK's twitter account - retweet to win tickets to Hackneys Little Noise Sessions with Noah & The Whale and a few other bands.

Spotify UK's twitter account direct messarod me to say congratulations you have won and to provide the names of the two people attending which I did.

I haven't had any response since and I can't get an answer back from any of their points of contact.

Could anyone advise me on how to move forward with this please.

Thank you for your reply. have emailed them yesterday via the contact form on the website - I'm just doing it again.

all have also tweeted them on their @Spotifycares @spotifyuk and @spotify accounts.

I had one reply from @spotifycares telling me to contact the little noise sessions directly - its run through ticket master and I don't have a ticket or reference number so they can't help me.

It very much feels like I being palmed off.

I have purchased coach tickets to London for the show and all I'm looking for is a confirmation that there will be tickets waiting for me there.
