&lt;P&gt;You should be able to update your card details from you&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/help/faq/payment/update-credit-card/" target="_self"&gt;subscription page.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;online overview&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;page says your account is now on Spotify free, you need to start a new subscription as your previous one has been declined.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a premium account for almost four years, without any problems.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But since last month, i have some problems to pay. I Changed my credit card number last month, and after several trys it was validated and the premium account was paid.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But this month i can't pay (my account has money on it there is no problems here).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Echec du paiement. Assurez-vous d'avoir assez de fonds sur votre compte et que votre carte de crédit n'a pas expiré si vous en utilisez une. &lt;P&gt;It look like my old card is used for paiement, even if I entered my new card number morethan 10 times...&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please give me a hint, my playlist are all almost full of 5 times listened songs...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;My card has not expired&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The country match&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My card is enabled for e-commerce&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My card is open for foreign puchases &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have told my banker about this and he saw no problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you drop the payments team an email using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and they will be able to investigate this and help you further.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. My account is now reset to free and I can not update my new credit card information for my account, neither renew a premium subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am from France and my card is a Visa (I double checked it with my bank).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is the message :&lt;/P&gt;
