Excessive emails - WHO thought this was a good idea?

I signed up to the forums yesterday for the logitech contest, and have started receiving - by default - dozens of emails a day. When my phone started blowing up I went in and changed my profile to not receive email notifications for posts I am following, yet still received another 15 overnight. Spotify is such cool software that feels intuitive to my needs... How on Earth did anyone there think users would want this much meaningless email by default, especially with no intuitive way to disable or digest it?

You just need to unsubscribe from the topic by pressing the "Topic Options" above the first post. If you would prefer not to receive email updates by default, you can deactivation them from your community settings.
