Unlimited to premium

I still had 15 days of Unlimited left, but bought a Gift-card to upgrade to Premium.

It wouldn't let me upgrade to Premium, because it was a Gift-card and I still had 15 days left for Unlimited.

Now I accidentally bought again two months of Unlimited, which gives me a total of 77 days Unlimited.

Could a moderator maybe help me to upgrade to Premium, even though I bought AGAIN two months of Unlimited by accident?

Hello there,

Sadly with gift cards purchases, the subscription could not be updated from Unlimited to Premium like a monthly recurring subscription. But as hammeh said, one of our advisors might be able to get you up and running with Premium.

I tried to contact Spotify through mail, but they haven't answered yet.

Is there maybe a moderator on this board that can help me further out?
