Hi,

I use the free version, but it was suddenly stopped after about 1 hrs use! It has worked well previously.

How long have you had your account for?

After 6 months from the day your account was registered, you are subject to a restriction of 2.5 hours of streaming per week as well as a 5 play count restriction on tracks if you are in the UK or france.

Well, I had'nt even used it for 2.5 hours. I've had Spotify for over 6 months and know about the restrictions.

But I am glad to find the community and see I can have a PAotify acount that is'nt linked to my FB.

If you don't think you are getting 2.5 hours per week, then all I can suggest is that you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and ask them to look into this for you.
