problems resetting password

can't change my password and email.

i don't reseive an email when i will reset my password.

allthough i get one if i send a contactform to spottify.

Its an old email, so i want to change it but then i need my password

Pattyrad - Looks like you're logged into your Spotify at the moment. Have you managed to fix it?

no still haven't solved it.

I have forgotten my password.

When i start spotyfy i'm automaticly loged in.

but i need to change my emailadres because its an old one.

when i want to reset my password i don't reseive an email on [snip - email address - Mod]

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form as they will need to verify some details with you before they can change your email address.

Pattyrad - If you're automatically logged in, open up your Spotify, click on your name in the top right corner and then click 'Account'. This will open the website to the relevant pages, and you'll be able to change email address here.

I'm also deleting that email address you posted before, it's best not to share personal details on a public forum.
