    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning Spotify, so i upgraded my account last night on my mobile device via my facebook login and i was charged the 9.99 for premium but when i logged in the next morning it says im still using spotify free. I sent a message to your Customer Support team. here are my details&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Username: [&lt;EM&gt;Snip - Email address - Mod&lt;/EM&gt;]&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Upgraded account via webpage on my Nexus 7 Device&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I upgraded on December 10th&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I payed using my paypal account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Paypal transaction ID&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;5G3827174Y911394D&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;please fix this for me i dont know what happened and would like to start using your service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
