&lt;P&gt;If you are still having problems, just reply directly back to the support email and someone will assist you further.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>E-card code does not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My father bought me an e-card for Spotify Premium for one month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sadly enough, the code I got doesn't work. It says I already used it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I checked if maybe my father used it by accident. But he barely knows the programm and he has no account, so that is not possible. My account is also still in the Free modus.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have already mailed Spotify Support. The gave me this link: &lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/redeem" target="_blank"&gt;www.spotify.com/redeem&lt;/A&gt; and told me to try the code again. But it still does not work. I don't know what to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
