    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the 28 Nov. 2012 I have paid the invoice for the premium account which is also shown on my bank account. Nevertheless I received an email from spotify saying that there are problems with the payment and my account will be downgraded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't understand why my account is downgraded since I did pay on the above mentioned date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also if i view my receipts the dates of payment do not match!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;My son will get an Ipad for christmas. He all so wishes Spotify premium. When i tried to install premium i had to give my apple ID and my bank account. I don't want him to have the possibility to buy without my consent. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;
