      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since December of last year, I have been using and paying for Spotify Premium. However, as of this month, my subscription has been downgraded to free, and payment continues to fail. I have tried multiple browsers, PayPal and visa methods, restarting my subscription, all to no avail. I have not made and changes to my bank account , and all other transactions have completed flawlessly.  I have also sent in multiple support tickets with no human response.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Somehow my spotify has been switched off? i always listen music from mobile, with premium. Now its not working? last payment from my credit was 16.11, how come you havent charged me in december? i have been over a year your big fan and everything has worked perfectly.. i wish i can hear from you soon as possible. I cant live without premium :))&lt;/P&gt;
