    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been charged twice for the 2nd month in a row. Assumed that the system would adjust but no it appears that I have 2 accounts: Risingbrook and 1151258037. Both bening charged. Please can someone sort this, delete the 1151258037 account and credit my account. I've tried emailing support but get the standard automated reply back saying check the FAQ and forums, so here I am!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just replied to the email although it was no-reply@spotify.com so not sure i'll get a response or not?!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here's what i sent them incase any mods can sort this out via here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Arial"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Arial"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12.0px;"&gt;I haven’t found a solution on the forums and I’m still getting charged twice per month. The account we want to use is “Risingbrook” &lt;STRONG&gt;not &lt;/STRONG&gt;“1151258037”. Please cancel the “[&lt;EM&gt;snip-mod edit-email&lt;/EM&gt;]” account and credit our other account for the months we have been incorrectly charged for. Both have the same email address associated with them “&lt;SPAN&gt;[&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;snip-mod edit-email&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;]&lt;/SPAN&gt;”. I don’t have a password for the “1151258037” account so cannot cancel myself. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
