empty emails

I am a Non paying Spotify user. When ever I recieve ANY kind of email from Spotify it is Empty. There is No message in the email. I have a newer computer with windows Vista. I use Firefox as my Browser and Yahoo for email. What can I do to correct the problem? Too many security risks using Internet Explorer, so I wont do that. Thanks.

Hi Peter, yes my I keep everything updated. I dont understand why the emails have nothing in them? 😞

I think I just figured it out. I went to my settings (email) which I hadnt done before. And I hadnt checked the box to recieve both the title and message (or whatever its called) LOL in my emails. Ive checked the box and I'll see what happens. 😉

You may also need to enable the reading of HTML emails, since the Spotify ones are HTML formatted and won't open properly on my BlackBerry for example 😛
