Unlinked Facebook - Lost everything

Ok, So I know this is an issue that has happened a lot of times. I've read the post HERE

It's telling me to go to Preferences > Social Network but I don't have a "Social Network" area anymore. This is where it used to tell me that I was able to disconnect from Facebook. So from here I have no clue what to do.

People have said to log in with my spotify username and I have but I get the same results as if I logged in with my email. They both say they're a free account (which they shouldn't be; I've been premium for ages now) and all of my playlists have been wiped. When I log in with my spotify name I have an option under Activity Sharing to show what I'm listening to on facebook but when I log in on my email that option is now gone. I'm almost positive they're linked the same account because I see my friends activity on the right side panel and I see my picture in upper right hand corner.

All I wanted was some privacy for a little bit so my songs didn't post to my facebook but now I see that was a bad idea. If I could get some help with me get back to where everything was posting to facebook, I had premium and everything was working fine.. Tha would be great!

Hello,

Turns out you have three accounts. Try logging in using "nick_mason" as your username - should get you logged into the right place.

This account must be really really old.. I haven't logged in with that name in forever.

I tried resetting the pass but it's telling me that my country doesn't match and that nick_mason is based out of the United Kingdom when I am not
