    <description>I had Spotify Premium which has suddenly stopped working on my iPhone. I've checked that online status and its saying my account is a free one. I've logged in and out of spotify and restarted my iPhone etch but no joy. All my tracks are still there but it won't let me play them. Can someone help please?</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your online account says you are on Free, then something must be wrong. Are you sure you are logging in using the correct details? Its amazingly easy to accidentally have 2 accounts, one with the Spotify username and one through Facebook.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your account will also revert to free if your most recent payment failed, so I would suggest you check your email and bank statements.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
