Redeeming Spotify Code does not work ?

Hey ! So i bought a Spotify Premium 12 months in Ica (sweden) and when i try to redeem it it doesn't work.

I just get a message that says: "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area"

And i've checked so i diden't write the code wrong, and i have tried to find something in the Help Area that could help me but i can't find anything usefull there.

I have also tried to restart my computer, close the web page and open a new one etc. But nothing works!

Can someone please help me, i'm getting so frustrated!

It could be the servers are a little busy, since everyone will be redeeming cards today. Leave it for a while and then try again.

If you are still having issues, get in touch with the support team using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further.

It has been a week since i got the redeem code and have tried it every day, haven't worked yet. 😞

Have just been getting the same message over and over.

I have tried to ask the support but i just get a mail that says then again that i should look in the Help Area...

If you get an automated reply from support directing to the help pages or to the community, just reply directly back to that email (even if it says not to) and a customer services agent will pick up your case as soon as possible.
