free testversion downgrad possible?

Hi everybody

happy new year 🙂

I just wanted to know if I use the free 30 days testversion i receive the premium version automatically but if i want only need

the other version ( the cheaper one ^^) how can I downgrad spotify? Is this possible?

and how can I downgrad the testversion? Do I have to send an email to spotify and when do I have to do this after 14 days????

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you are currently on a 30 day free premium trial, then to downgrade to unlimited after your trial is over, you need to view your options on the cancellation page. If it gives you an option to go down to unlimited, then click that link (you will however remain on premium until your free trial is over). If not, cancel your current subscription and once your account reverts to free (after you have used all the premium days you have remaining) just resubscribe to the unlimited service.

Hi there, if you go to the Account Subscription Page and cancel any time in your premium period, then you will get the rest of your subscription and it won't carry on to the nex month.

When it expires you can upgrade to the Unlimited subscription (you will be on the free subscription when it expires).
