Hi, in december I prepaid for 12 months of premium through spotify vouchers (2x3 months + 6x1 month), however today I log in and I see I am a spotify free user, all my premium credits have disappeared...

Wow, apparently spotify just disables your premium without any explanation or notification or whatsoever if they SUSPECT fraud. I have been paying monthly for 2 years now and decided I'd pay a year in advance with vouchers, is this how you treat your customers?
