Hi.

Can I stop a premium account every month?

Or is a premium account for a year

Premium is usually a monthly subscription, which you can stop anytime you wish. Or, if you wish, you can pay for a year and not have any monthly payments for the next 12 months.

Hi ,

I forgot my email and password of my facebook account. I am not even able to sign in on spotify but I still pay 10€/month (premium account). I would like to quit but I need the name of my Email. The Email of my paypal account is alexvunguyen@yahoo.de I hope you can help me, it is important!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
