Spotify Gift Card Invalid

I've bought 2 gift cards around december. I activated the first one on the 5th of December and on the 5th of Januari I wanted to activate my 2th card but it told me the code I entered was invalid. I filled in the contact form for help but so far I've got no reply. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me with this problem.

Yes, I did get an email about stopping at the Spotify Community for support from other users.

Could you reply directly to that for us? It sounds counter-intuitive but that'll re-open your case as it sounds like it ended up in the wrong place in the system.
