&lt;P&gt;i ve change nothing and it s a gold card&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and it s not expire&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;never the less...we shouldn t have access cut for a premium members the day the card inquired a problem!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;im a premium user but my renewal have just didn t pass&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;when i try the renew it s not working&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;it s tell me there is a prob with my payment card!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Someone has the same ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to resubscribe using that card? If you are still having issues, then I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and they will be able to assist you further.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for having your access cut, if your payment was declined, then it is only correct that you loose your premium access, you can't have something you haven't paid for can you?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Premium acces is back!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bad news&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Resubscribe with the SAME card works! Thats mean it s a issues on spotify renewal services&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Mais to online contact form gets no answer since saturday&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Conclusion&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I shouldn t suffer of a service cut!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I find spotify great but that kind of incident without any answer from support shouldn t happend&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;without any &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;gesture of goodwill&lt;/SPAN&gt;...you can lose a client&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next time i will probably consider switch to Deezer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For now everything works fine&lt;/P&gt;
