&lt;P&gt;Your payment card and your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/account/profile/" target="_self"&gt;profile country&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;need to be registered in the same country to verify your location and also to prevent card fraud. That is why you are currently unable to pay, seeing as I am guessing your profile is set to Germany?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can only change your country to where ever your IP address geo-locates to, so most likely Germany.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and see if they can help you out.&lt;/P&gt;
